Your 30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order, including when you change your mind.
Return shipping is free. We provide a prepaid label or arrange another return method at our expense. No restocking fee applies.
For change-of-mind returns, please keep goods unused, unworn, and complete with their accessories and tags. Original packaging should be included where reasonably available. These conditions do not restrict remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed products.
Arranging a Return
Email evayesemble812@outlook.com with your order number and the products you would like to return. A reason is optional for a change-of-mind return.
We will provide the return destination and shipping instructions. Please dispatch the goods within 14 calendar days after receiving those instructions.
Our return process helps us arrange free shipping and identify your purchase. Prior authorization is not required to give a valid statutory cancellation notice.
Do not send merchandise to our business correspondence address unless we confirm it is the correct return location.
When Something Is Wrong
Contact us if an item arrives damaged, is faulty, is incomplete, or differs from what you ordered. Describe the problem and provide photographs where available. Other reasonable evidence will also be considered.
We will arrange an appropriate remedy, including a replacement or refund, and cover necessary return shipping. Your statutory rights may continue beyond our voluntary 30-day return period.
Refund Coverage
For a full-order return, we refund the amount paid for the goods, applicable tax, and any original standard delivery charge.
For a partial return, we refund the amount paid for the returned products and their applicable tax. We will not retrospectively charge shipping because the remaining order value falls below our free-shipping threshold.
Receiving Your Refund
We normally issue an approved refund within 2 business days after receiving and assessing the returned goods, subject to any earlier legal deadline.
Refunds go to the original payment method. Once issued, the funds generally appear in your account within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If the funds have not appeared after that period, contact us for assistance. Payment-provider processing estimates do not extend mandatory refund deadlines.
Cancellations and Exchanges
Email us promptly to cancel an order before dispatch. If it has already shipped, we will explain the return options.
For an exchange, contact us to discuss availability and arrangements.
UK Cancellation Rights
For eligible online purchases, UK customers may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery, then return the goods within 14 days after notifying us.
A statutory cancellation refund includes the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery service offered for the order. Additional costs for premium delivery need not be refunded unless required by law.
We refund without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving the goods back or evidence of return, whichever occurs first, subject to applicable law. A lawful deduction may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
Our free return-shipping promise applies. Original packaging is not required to exercise statutory cancellation rights.
